My Trauma-Informed Birth Doula Program offers comprehensive support and in-depth 1:1 coaching for expectant mothers. Working together we’ll create a safe space for healing past traumas that may arise during pregnancy, build confidence and readiness for your beautiful birthing time, and prepare for a centered 4th trimester and beyond.
Discovery Call
This complimentary 30-minute consultation is dedicated to exploring your unique needs, answering your specific questions my doula services and setting the course for your supported birthing experience. You can pick my brain on all things pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, and I’ll share my recommendations for a custom birth doula package that will best support your growing family during this transformative time.
Virtual Doula Support
All are welcome to experience empowerment-centered birth support with my Virtual Doula Support Program. Enjoy remote coaching from the comfort of your home and text/phone support during your beautiful birthing time.
In-Person Doula Support
My In-Person Doula Support Program is intended for expectant mothers seeking empowerment-centered birth coaching, as well as hands-on support during their birth at home, in a birth center or hospital in the Inland Northwest.
One-on-One Coaching
While my doula packages provide the most comprehensive support, I also offer one-on-one coaching sessions for targeted assistance with specific questions or concerns during pregnancy and postpartum. Affordable and personalized, my coaching sessions ensure no one navigates the birth journey alone.
